Brain foods in the news
Choline is a building block/precursor of acetylcholine.
Why is this important? Because we would be dummies without acetylcholine.
Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter. This makes anything that contains this substance or its precursors potentially beneficial to the brain and memory.
Hopefully this can be elaborated on more fully somewhere else on Earthnu.
Here is an article about Choline.
