Losing Fat
Last week I started a new exercise routine.
This is because I'm fat. That's all there is to it. I have no excuse for staying fat, so I am making the decision to lose it for good. Mind you, I don't believe in starvation diets. Eating is what I do and I like it. The difference in my routine isn't what I'm lacking, but what I'm including. Instead of just eating any old plain source of carbohydrates before exercise, I'm drinking a tall glass of orange juice.
Orange juice may be the answer to my weight loss prayers. I've been doing cardio weight lifting since last week. Before each cardio weight lifting session, I drink a tall glass of orange juice. Orange juice is high in vitamin C and other micronutrients, so that helps retain my cell collagen. My theory is that the vitamin C also acts like a cleaner, scraping out fat deposits. If you have ever used household orange degreaser you know what I am refering to.
Orange cleaner is one of the best degreasers I have ever used. So, maybe it works similarly in the body. Low levels help with cell retention and growth. High levels act like a degreaser, ejecting fat deposits from the fat cells.
It's been only one week since I have started, and I am already noticing a difference. My waist is getting smaller, skin getting tighter, and I have more energy.
So about an hour or more of cardio weight lifting 3 days a week with a tall glass of orange juice before each one of those sessions will be my regimen for a while.
We'll see what happens.
