Exercise and fitness update

Orange juice turns out to be too acidic to drink before exercise. I'll be switching to beans.

Why beans? Beans are high in carbs and protein. Carbohydrates burn quick when your physically active. The remaining proteins after the carb burn will be the building blocks for muscle growth. Lean muscle is part of my objective. I believe more lean muscle will lead to more fat loss.

My belly cries out for food when it doesn't get enough. So I won't diet. I will change my eating habits, but not restrict my intake. Food intake restriction has been known to not work very well for weight loss. If your eating a whole animal in one sitting you might need to cut down, but if your fat and eating less than the skinny people you probably need more than a diet.

Beans are one of my favorite foods, so it won't be hard to focus on eating beans. Any legume will probably work, but I'll focus on black beans. I'll also drink fruit juice or eat fresh fruit that are high in folic acid. Folic acid is good to metabolize methionine so it won't turn into other harmful chemicals. Methionine is also something that is useful for body health. Maybe I'll get into that another time.

For now my body seems to be less jiggly and I have more energy. I attribute this to exercise.

My exercise routine is getting redone too, along with my water intake. Detoxification is going to be a big part of the proccess.

For now I am looking forward to a better body.

Inside and out.

I am rethinking this again

With some more testing I have discovered citrus fruits can be tolerable when eaten before exercise. Vitamin C will enhance the experience with increased cell retention I hope. We shall see.
