User levels

What user levels are will be reflected in what a user can do while they are a member of Earthnu. There are three levels currently.
- The user levels are:
Entry level confirmed account
This account will be allowed to create and edit recipes, use forums, add pages, and have a blog.
Editor
Owners of this account will be allowed to edit pages, wiki content, and their own blog content. Editors can still edit recipes and use the forum.This account can also moderate flagged content.
Moderator
After a great deal of trust is established, a user may be granted moderator status. Admins will have the same abilities as editors but will also have more powers and responsibilities.
All levels can use Revenue Sharing with google ads.
